S9 E3 Lending a helping hand
I was thinking about this particular episode, and I decided that it is time again to talk about helping those who are grieving what that looks like what you can do what you can say what you don't want to say. If you have listened to our show before you know that I do not think giving advice is always helpful to someone who is grieving. I would, however, like to suggest a few ideas for you if you are trying to help someone who is in grief. And please keep in mind, these are suggestions. Everyone experiences grief differently so to say there is only one right way to help is ridiculous.
