S7 E7 Addiction Grief

Grief is something you can’t avoid. It comes in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes we grieve something that was not healthy for us. Our guest today shares her experience with grief when they decided to get sober. She is very open and frank when it comes to what it really looked like for her. Maybe you won’t agree with them or maybe you did not have a similar experience. Or mabye you did. Our goal on this show is to show many different views of grief.

Some of the language and subject matter might be a trigger for those affected by addiction. I just wanted to give you a heads up before we get started.
